It’s been quite a few weeks since I even picked up my brushes or painted anything. The Mindset was something altogether !! 

I’ve been quite absorbed in this painting lately. I think there are at least six layers to it . This new creative process is teaching me a lot. This painting had a pretty good beginning and then went through an “awkward” phase for a while. At one point it got super busy, and then I wondered – what next ??

There were plenty vibrant color combinations and patterns I was happy with, which were so me. I was afraid of doing anything further that I might mess it up. 

I see my life, the way that I see my paintings – a creation that is emerging, unfolding, mysterious, exciting, rich and multi-layered. Nothing is certain or guaranteed. We are the creators of the life we have !!
